From November 12 to 17, 2016, SDUT delegation of 5 people with vice president, Du Ruicheng, as the head, completed its successful visit to the United States and returned to SDUT smoothly.
In Sacramento, the delegation met some alumni from SDUT Alumni Association of North America, informed them about the sixty anniversary celebration of the school, and awarded the letter of appointment to alumnus Zhao Bingyan as vice president and Secretary General of the North American branch, SDUT Alumni Association. The delegation conducted an in-depth exchanges with SDUT alumni, and hoped to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the North America Alumni and Alma mater, expected the Overseas Alumni help promoting the school international cooperation and exchange as well as improving the internationalization of teachers' scientific research.
At Bloomsburg University , the delegation received a warm welcome from the school's president, Dr. David Solz. The two sides had a friendly meeting and reached agreements of cooperation in the American literature, advertising media and sports training, and they have discussed and signed a project of 2+2 mutual degree award agreement in the Information and Computing Science” and a project of master degree agreement of 2+2+1 MBA in economics.
